How do I track my order?

We usually get orders processed and ready to go within just a couple of days. Once yours heads out the door, we’ll send an automated email with your tracking details, be sure to peek in your junk folder just in case it lands there. If you’re having trouble finding it, simply shoot us an email with
your order number and we’ll be happy to look it up for you.

Can I change my shipping address?

As long as your magnets haven't shipped out yet, we are more than happy to update the address for you. Since we try to get orders moving quickly, please email us at smiles@instantmagnetmoments.com as soon as you realize a change is needed.

What is your return policy?

Because our photo magnets are custom-made just for you, we handle returns a little differently. If you aren't completely happy with your order, please let us know—we always want to make it right. For our magnet-making kits and supplies, please note that those are final sale. Just
reach out via email and we'll help you out.

How long does shipping take?

We know you’re excited to get your memories on the fridge! Standard shipping typically takes about 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. If you’ve placed a large bulk order, we may need a little extra time to ensure every single magnet is perfect, so please allow for a few additional days for processing. You’ll see your specific shipping options and estimate at checkout.

Why isn't my tracking number updating?

Sometimes it takes 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan your package and for the system to show movement once it leaves our hands. If you don't see an update immediately, don't worry—it’s on its way! If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, please reach out to us and we’ll look into it to make sure your order is still on the right track.
